I’m on the hunt for a tall, wide gate with a double lock to fit our French doors and found a gate that looks just right on Fairybaby.com. I’ve seen some FairyBaby gates on Amazon but not this specific one. I added it to my cart, but I’m feeling a bit wary about the site and decided to hold off on ordering.
The website looks okay, but I noticed a few odd grammar issues, which sometimes come up on sites that aren’t native English. Plus, they only take PayPal and don’t offer a credit card option, which seemed a little off to me. Has anyone here ordered from them before?
Also, does anyone know of other tall and wide gate options that are reliable? We’d prefer one that can fold in, not one that swings in or out if that makes sense. Our space is around 60 inches wide, and our dog is a medium-sized jumper, so we’re hoping for a gate height in the high 30s or low 40s.
I was in the same situation as you. I searched everywhere and kept coming back to that tall/wide gate from FairyBaby. I was a bit suspicious too, especially with everything seeming to point to it being an international seller. But I decided to go for it and ended up paying $204, including expedited shipping. It actually arrived pretty quickly via Amazon Logistics, and the origin address seemed to be in California.

Got it, sorry about that. Just copied it directly from Amazon’s share feature.
If you’re still interested, I ordered from FairyBaby with expedited shipping back in early January, and I still haven’t received it. I’ve got about four tracking numbers, all saying different things. One says it was delivered in October, another says September, Amazon says today, and USPS says it’ll be here by Friday. So I honestly have no idea what’s going on.
