Trimming my dog’s nails was already challenging, but now it’s become impossible because my brother scared her by chasing her with the nail clippers. Now she runs away whenever she sees the clippers. How can I train my dog to let me cut her nails again?

You can give Dremel any thought because I once owned a dog that was fine with the drill but hated the clippers.
Treats and patience can also be handy in your situation.
Mine gets quite happy when he sees the small souffle cup I use to store the treats for manicure time
I hear you, that sounds frustrating! Don’t worry, with some patience and positive reinforcement, you can get your dog comfortable with nail trims again.
- Ditch the chase: Don’t scare her with clippers!
- Start slow & positive: Make the clippers her friend with treats!
- Touch & reward: Get her used to paw touches with the clippers (closed!) then clip one nail at a time with yummy treats!
- Keep it short & calm: Short, positive sessions are key!
