Hello Pals,
I’m considering getting a ball throwing machine for my energetic pup, and I’d love to hear your experiences and recommendations. There are so many options out there, from basic models to more advanced ones with various features.
Could anyone who has used a dog ball throwing machine share their thoughts? Which brands or models have you found to be reliable and durable? How easy are they to use, and do they work well with different ball sizes? Are there specific features I should look out for?
Additionally, are there any safety considerations I should keep in mind when using these machines with my dog?
Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I want to make sure I choose the best option for my furry friend.
Thanks in advance for your help…

I have a giant breed dog and struggled to find a launcher that could throw far enough for him. I finally got the Franklin Pet Supply Ball Launcher, and it has the perfect throwing distance to really challenge him.

As a dog owner, I’ve done extensive research on the best automatic ball-throwing machines for my pup. Based on my findings, I would highly recommend the Crafts Central Automatic Dog Ball Launcher. This machine offers multiple launch modes, from near to far, allowing me to customize the distance to suit my dog’s energy level and the space available. I appreciate that it uses durable, saliva-resistant latex balls that fly farther than traditional tennis balls. The ability to power it with batteries or an adapter is also convenient. Another great option is the iLearn Kids 2-in-1 RC Baseball & Tennis Pitching Machine, which provides excellent value for the price. While it’s not specifically designed for dogs, it works well and includes the necessary balls. For a premium choice, the Hyper Pet GoDogGo Fetch Machine G5 is an impressive, rechargeable model with advanced features like adjustable launch angles. Whichever machine I choose, I’m confident it will provide my dog with endless hours of fun and exercise.
